Return and Refund Policy

Custom Hype Shop Refund & Exchange Policy

All products purchased from our HYPE Custom Shops are custom-made and produced on-demand for a limited time. Because production begins immediately after the shop closes, we must adhere to the following policy.


1. Finality of Custom Sales (All Sales Are Final After Closing)

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All sales are considered FINAL immediately after the HYPE Custom Shop's closing date/time.

  • Before Checkout: Please ensure all specifications—including size, color, quantity, and personalization (names/numbers)—are correct.
  • Changes & Cancellations: Any order changes or cancellations must be submitted before the shop officially closes. Once the deadline passes, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for decorated or personalized products due to sizing, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the customization.

2. Product Color & Display Accuracy

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the exact color reproduction can vary due to inconsistencies in display monitors and lighting.

  • Screen images are intended as a visual guide only.
  • By placing your order, you acknowledge this potential variation and waive any claim of dissatisfaction based solely on a minor color difference between your screen and the final product.

3. Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will always provide a resolution if the error is on our part. We accept claims only for products that are:

  • Damaged or Defective upon arrival.
  • Incorrectly Sent (e.g., you received a different item, size, or design than what you ordered).

If your order qualifies under these exceptions, please contact us at customerservice@hypeteamstores.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.


4. Non-Custom/Non-Decorated Items

Non-decorated, generic products (e.g., plain socks, belts, or pants) may be returned or exchanged. However, these items will be subject to applicable restocking and/or shipping fees.
