Store Timeline
Team shops typically remain open for 10 days, though the exact timeline may vary depending on your coach or club.
Shipping & Production
After the store closes, your gear is carefully customized and usually ships within 15 business days. Depending on your coach or club, orders may be shipped directly to you (shipping fee applies) or delivered in bulk to the club.
Returns & Refunds
Because every product is custom-made, all sales are final once the store closes — no returns or refunds.
Out-of-Stock Items
Occasionally, certain spirit wear items may be unavailable. If this happens, we’ll notify you and refund your order immediately.
Uniform Numbers
Jersey numbers are assigned by the club within each age group to prevent duplicates. Players cannot select their own numbers.
Reordering
You may return to the Team Store anytime to purchase additional kits or optional items using the account created with your first order.
